Day 5 - Levin to Ashhurst

Day five started with Mort and Gwenda at Masterton, Gloria and Weldon at his brother's in Levin and the rest staying on a small farm outside Levin. The Levin group met in town and the drove to Shannon for a look around town, then we headed for Ashhurst. Lynn and Bob stopped at a relation's place and Gloria and Weldon went visiting in Palmerston North, while the others went to Ashhurst Domain where they met up with Mort and Gwenda. Later the six vans were parked at Ashhurst where a happy hour was spent catching up on activities.

During the day a Wally Award was purchased and Bob was awarded it for the third day. Today he drove past his relation's place twice before making the turn in.
