Day eighteen was a free day in New Plymouth. Most did chores, went visiting or shopped. We decided to park overlooking the sea beside a defunct bowling club. Friday night was social night for the bowlers so they invited us to join them. They have wonderful facilities and views over the Tasman Sea. We had tea with them. While socialising the Wally Award was given to Bob. Who could drive all this way without a current COF? - BOB.
Tonight most of the group is walking to Pukekura Park to view the Festival of Light. Several are staying behind to mind the vans. It could be a boy racer night.
Sorry, no pics tonight.- Pics have arrived
