Day 37 - Snells Beach to Orewa and Whangaparaoa (Gulf Harbour)

Day thirty-six had a damp morning after over night rain. We left Snells Beach and drove to Owera and parked by the beach. After morning tea we walked into town where the women discovered a laundromat so we had to get the washing and while we wandered around the township the washing was done. We then went back to the beach for lunch.

After lunch we drove to Gulf Harbour marina on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula where we intended to park for several days. We are back to six vans now. Then some of us drove to the Kea Motorhome factory and where shown around where the vans are build, sold or rented. It was great to see the different models and the machinery they us. They produce five vans a week.

When we returned we had happy hour and then went out for tea. We decided to walk around the boat yards and view the boats. KIDS we have bought a yacht. Just a small one!!!!!!!!!!!!!
